Membership begins with a baseline assessment of your current capabilities to grow in a predictable manner and where you as a CEO are spending your time.

PROGRAM
Our year-long educational program is broken down into learning content, faculty-led decision support, planning guides and tools, and finally, a way to lead monthly and quarterly. You membership commences with a two day CEO Academy at our TrueSpace Development Center where you will join a cohort of other CEOs.

  • Our community consists of CEOs and their leadership teams from various U.S.-based industries, primarily B2B with revenue over $2M. Each has been hand-selected to join TrueSpace, sharing the common goal of predictable business growth.

  • Typically our members have revenue over $2M and have been in business for an average of 7 years. However, there are always exceptions and more important is the desire to grow and readiness to learn how to grow your business predictably.

  • TrueSpace uniquely focuses on predictable growth, using validated assessment tools like the 5CA and offering a dedicated network of like-minded CEOs and expert faculty. Our approach combines data, educational programming, and community.

  • Our program is a year-long experience and kicks off with a two day immersive CEO Academy at our Denver Development Center. Then you will have 1 hour per week of personal learning (approx. 50 hours), 1 hour monthly cohort meetings (12), and approximately 16 hours of Faculty 1:1 support.

  • We simply believe in picking firms that want to do the work and have growth goals to become predictable. No warranty as we have a proven, statistics-backed approach, but only you can do the work. No miracles here.

  • We employ a multifaceted approach: monthly and quarterly governance sessions, scorecards that align with forecasting models, and annual 5CA assessments and enterprise valuations to track year-over-year changes.

  • Absolutely. At TrueSpace, we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of all our members' business information.

  • All the features and tools we mentioned are included in the monthly membership fee. However, there is a one time investment that covers your 5CA Assessment and the 2 Day CEO Academy Immersive held at our Denver Development Center.
