Who is this for?
Vixa is built for CEOs, owners, or the senior leader at small and mid-sized businesses. The leader kicks off the assessment and invites whoever on the executive team needs to complete it.
Who from my team should I include?
We recommend including 4-5 key leadership or executive team members—those who are most familiar with the organization. However, at least two team members are required to complete the assessment. The score depends on more than one view of the business to be accurate.
Can any business get a Vixa score?
Businesses need at least one year of operating history to get a Vixa score. It’s not built for startups or pre-revenue companies.
Who will see the score?
Only you, unless you share it. If a partner invited you, they see nothing until you give them access.
How long do I have to complete it?
Your team has two weeks to complete the assessment. If a key participant is traveling or out for that stretch, wait to start. The business can shift underneath you, and the score reads best when everyone answers from the same moment.
How long does it take to get the baseline?
Plan on about 40 minutes for the CEO to get through every step. Executives need 25–30 minutes for their portion.
How much does it cost?
Getting your baseline costs nothing but your time. Using your score and working to improve it is $1,800 a year.
