You won’t just check boxes and take courses. You’ll build a Playbook, make critical decisions, implement an operational rhythm, and demonstrate progress against your defined destination.
The Path to Certification
Step 1: Establish Your Baseline
Begin by completing the 5 Conditions Assessment (5CA) and uploading your Performance Pattern. This creates your initial benchmark and defines your starting point inside the Framework.
Step 2: Make the Required Decisions
Work through the core business decisions outlined in the Framework. These decisions shape how your business operates, aligns, and grows—and form the foundation of your Playbook.
Step 3: Build Your Playbook
Using your decisions, you’ll create a formal operating Playbook organized into Tone, Strategy, and Action. This becomes the working model for how your company aligns goals, communicates priorities, and executes with focus.
Step 4: Implement and Operate
Run the business using the Playbook for two full quarters, holding weekly meetings focused on metrics, customer orientation, and key projects. Each quarter, conduct oversight using Waypoints and business condition evaluations. Throughout the process, upload performance and updates into TrueHQ.
Step 5: Reassess and Submit
After two quarters of operating in rhythm, complete a second 5CA and Performance Pattern. Submit your updated Playbook and oversight documentation for review.
Step 6: Complete the Certification Exam
After two quarters of operating in rhythm, complete a second 5CA and Performance Pattern. Submit your updated Playbook and oversight documentation for review.
Once these steps are complete, your business will be evaluated for Certification. If you meet the standard, you’ll be recognized as a Scale-Ready Business and granted access to the Exchange.
